CLUB SHOTGUN TEAMS

Youth shotgun teams at both club locations are in full swing.  Any youth may participate as long they are mature enough to follow safety precautions and physically able to safely shoot a sporting shotgun.  Our club hosts practice and training and quarterly competitions at no cost to families – the only thing you have to provide is ammunition.  We have club shotguns or families may provide one for their youth.  There are no range fees for participating at our clubs and we provide clay targets and trap machines.  Parents of youths who are interested in taking their shooting skills further will receive guidance as where and how do so among the many shooting opportunities and commercial clubs in our area.

PRENTISS COUNTY SPORTSMAN’S CLUB (Booneville) practices Thursday evenings starting at 4pm for 5th and 6th grade (or below) and for new shooters.  Practice is “come-and-go”.  As long as you get there by 5:30pm you should have time to shoot.  Regular practice for experienced shooters is on Sundays starting at 2pm and last call is at 5:30pm.  For more info, contact Joyce McCreary at joycemcc78@icloud.com.

SULLIVAN FARMS CLAY HAWKS (Tupelo) practices on Saturday mornings at 10am at other times designated by the coach.  For more info, contact Brad Shirley at psd181@hotmail.com.
